When a handoff or self-handoff goes wrong, then a Seance may be required.

It spins up Claude Code in a subprocess, uses /resume to revive the predecessor session, then asks it where the handoff materials are.

This is a solution for the problem: agent problem - sometimes agents don't tie up their work properly at the end
