For example, I'm working on a pretty simple workflow right now. I'm developing an agent skill that does application releases. There are a bunch of bash scripts in the project that are used for stuff like compiling the application, syncing it to S3, etc. To properly do a release, I need to essentially answer all these questions.

Their app specification lives alongside the code in the repo and uses progressive disclosure, similar to agent skills. Rather than link out to external resources, they attempt to integrate the external resources so that the repo has all the context. I cannot recall why the structure their specs exactly like they do.

Hmm... I wonder what "wired the Chrome DevTools Protocol into the agent runtime" means? Sounds more direct than an model context protocol - MCP or agent skill. They did create skills, but those are separate: agent skill -- browser -- work with DOM snapshots, agent skill -- browser -- work with screenshots, agent skill -- browser -- navigation
